A Kids Expo and Fun Family Day, Sunday, 1/23/11.
Slopes open 9 AM  -  8 PM

A Kids Expo of fun things to do in WINTER will be held in the Cafeteria from 1:pm - 4:pm.  Featured will be:  The Timber Wolves & Tykes programs, J.D.T Racing, Young Chefs Academy, Lee's Adventure Sports, Junior Ski Patrol and the YMCA.  Other events of the day include:  the Penguin Race, Teach your tots to ski and face painting.

On the Slopes...Extended times for the Family Learn to Ski/Snowboard
The popular Family Learn to Ski Program will begin at noon with rates of $35 for Skiing or Snowboarding, with lift, beginner lesson and rental for ages 8 and up.   Lessons are held on the hour from 1:pm, with the last lesson at 5:pm (ages 8 through adult).

Family Learn to Ski / Snowboard, Begins at 12:noon on Jan. 23th.
LIFT, LESSON, RENTAL-$35. Skiing or Snowboarding
( 8 years old thru, adult)
Lessons at 1 PM, 3 PM & 5 PM

Snow Expo in the Cafeteria, 1pm-4pm
Show and share with kids all the fun things to do in winter.

Teach your Toddler to Ski, 1 pm
On the slopes at 1pm there will be a demonstration on how to "Teach Your Toddler to Ski".  This event is for parents and children  3 & 4 years of age.   To take active part in this event parent and child need to be on skis.  This is for a skiing adult who wants to teach their child to ski.  Sign - up at the Snow Sports Desk.

Penguin Race at 4 pm
Kids ages 5 - 12
At 4pm the Penguins take to the slopes for our Sixth Annual Penguin Race.  Children 5 thru 12 are invited to sign-up at the SnowSports Desk and try the "penguin slide"!  Trash bags provided.  Prizes for all.
