Timber Wolves, Weekend Children's Program

A fun-filled weekend daily program for your children. Groups organized by age and ability (ages 5-12 for ski lessons and 8 -12 for snowboard lessons). Lifts, rental, lesson, lunch and hot chocolate break, Saturdays and /or Sundays, all season long.

*Families need to arrive ONE HOUR ahead of their lesson time to check in at the ticket window, get fitted with rental equipment and still have time to grab a snack and visit the rest room before heading out to meet in the Timber Wolves area of the lodge. Lessons begin PROMPTLY at 11AM on the SNOW!

11 am to 3 pm. ( Available everyday between 12/26/11 & 12/30/11 except Christmas Eve & Day) Skiing $60 with rental equipment and $55 w/o rental....Snowboarding $60 with rental equipment and $55 w/o rental.  Timber Wolves will be available on Monday, January 17th (MLK Day).

The Schedule

 9:00 - 10:00  Families arrive and pick-up lift tickets/rental forms at the ticket window.

10:00 -10:30  Time for a snack and the restroom.

10:30 -11:00 Check-in at the Timber Wolves area, located in the Cafeteria.  Children choose their lunch option and are assigned to a group.

11:00              Lessons begin, promptly. 

12:15 - 12:45  Lunch is served.

  1:45 - 2:00    Snack break. 

  2:45 - 3:00    Sign-out children on the Hill.

Timber Tykes (4 Weeks for $100)

Beginning ski program for children ages 6-12. Focus on new skiers, gaining control and confidence through a series of 4 consecutive weekly lessons. Program includes: 4 Lessons, lifts and ski rentals , from 5 - 6:30.

Dates : 01/31/2012, continuing on Feb. 7, 14 & 21.  Begins at 5:00 pm.

FAMILY LEARN TO SKI & SNOWBOARD ---- Sunday, Evenings (beginning 1/1/12)

This program meets every Sunday, and is a beginner program to teach adults and children 8 years and older to ski & snowboard. The Program meets from 4 pm with a beginner lesson at 5 pm promptly. Skiers and Snowboarders may then stay on until 8pm and practice the new skills they have learned. LIFT, LESSON AND SKI RENTAL is $30 each--LIFT, LESSON AND SNOWBOARD RENTAL is $33 each. Beginner lessons begin promptly at 5pm. Lessons are grouped by age.

Junior Development Team

Program for children ages 5 - 14. Develops technical skills, and the introduction to ski racing. Races held at local areas. Sign up online now or call for details: 269.694.9449.
