SNOW STEALS AND DEALS AT THE SKI SWAP
The Annual Ski and Snowboard Swap at Timber Ridge Ski Area is Nov. 6, 7, 8
Gobles, MI, November 2, 2009--- What's better to usher in the winter season but a great sale? Timber Ridge Ski Area is hosting the annual Ski Swap, November 6th, 7th , and 8th. For those that have never attended, picture it as a large Ski & Snowboard Tag Sale. The Ski Swap gives skiers and snowboarders a chance to buy, or sell, new or gently used equipment. The event is free and open to the public. Items for the Swap need to be dropped off at Timber Ridge by Nov. 5th. The doors open to the Ski Swap at 3pm on Friday. For the best selection, sellers and shoppers should arrive early. Adding to the Festivities of the Ski & Snowboard Swap: - The Snow Shoe Bar is open Friday and Saturday. - Chair lift rides for wonderful views of autumn on the Slopes. - Huge Blow-Out Timber Ridge Ski Shop Sale with savings up to 75% off all 2008-09 winter-wear and ski and snowboard equipment. Plus, 10% off new 2010 ski and snowboard equipment. - Ever think about Ski Racing? On November 7th at 6:00pm at Timber Ridge the public is invited to an informational Q & A meeting about all racing programs Timber Ridge has to offer. Including: Monday night league, Thursday night league, NASTAR, Junior Race Development Team and the Adult Masters Program. - Last chance for discounted season passes will be the final day of the weekend on Nov. 8th. About Timber Ridge Ski Area Timber Ridge ski area opened in 1963 in beautiful Southwest Michigan. Timber Ridge is a good ski area for the whole family with plenty of easy runs.
