COVID-19 Policy

Our Promise

Timber Ridge holds guests’ and employees’ safety and well-being at the highest level – We ask that all employees and guests bear with us as we work through this unusual winter season.

We will do our best to keep all our lifts open daily to allow for the most socially-distanced skiing/riding experience.

We will adhere to all local & regional COVID-19 orders & regulations.

As a private business that serves the public, Timber Ridge has a great regard for the health and safety of our region and will be enforcing our COVID-19 Policy.

Lastly, our COVID-19 policy is likely to change throughout the skiing/riding season as the global pandemic level of response changes.

Indoors

Reopening 2/1/2021 with 25% Capacity Within Certain Indoor Spaces

General Lodge Policies – Gear, coolers, shoes, bags, or boots may NOT be left in the lodge at any time. Please gear up at your vehicle.  Please limit inside time to allow for others to warm up.  Unfortunately, Day Lockers are NOT available in the main lodge.  If seating or tables are unavailable, please wait outside until others finish.

Main Hallway – Will be available for eating or warming up. Food must be purchased at Timber Ridge. Please seat yourself with those you arrived with and limit your time to the minimum to allow for others to be able to come inside.

Snowshoe Restaurant – Under the current state of COVID-19 response, we offer hostess seating ONLY in Snowshoe Restaurant. Casual drinking and mingling IS ALLOWED on the Snowshoe Deck and in our NEW expanded outdoor service area, which includes Patio 260 and multiple outdoor fire pits.  After eating, please limit table time to allow for others to enjoy the indoor food & beverage spaces.

Due to the 25% capacity limitation, picnic lunches or carry-in non-alcoholic beverages must be consumed outside.

Unfortunately, food or belongings of any kind may not be left on tables or in any inside space.

A very limited amount of day lockers & cubbies are available in the Rental Room, so we ask that you consider “gearing up” at your vehicle.

Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout all indoor spaces

Timber Ridge has hired extra staff to sanitize high touch areas

Seasonal ski & board locker rental owners – Those with seasonal lockers can use the locker for gearing up and storing equipment, as usual.

To keep our seasonal locker spaces below required capacity, no eating or drinking will be allowed in these spaces (at this time, due to government regulations, we cannot allow ANY eating or drinking in any indoor space).

Although Seasonal Lockers will provide a unique advantage to accessing the lodge, we ask that patrons minimize the amount of time spent in this space for capacity reasons.

Outdoor Foodservice

Our Snowshoe Deck Bar&Grill will be open whenever possible to allow for outdoor food and beverage service

We have constructed a brand new outdoor food service option – The NEW Slopeside Snack Shack

In the previous location of our ski corral, we have built a food and beverage center with 2 outside walk-up windows, conveniently located slopeside between the Snowshoe and the Double Chairlifts

We have remodeled our Ski Patrol BBQ Deck Area into Patio 260 – a brand new outdoor seating area with 2 gas fire pits, an overhead roof, and numerous seating locations with great views of our ski slopes.

Timber Ridge has installed numerous outdoor picnic table areas.

As outdoor space allows, we will also be installing one or more outdoor wood fire pits with socially-distanced seating available

Timber Ridge welcomes picnic lunches, which may be enjoyed in outdoor spaces or in your vehicle.

Snow Tubing

As a fun, outdoor recreational activity, Timber Ridge plans on operating our exciting outdoor snow tubing hill with some minor modifications

We ask that tubers space out by 6 feet in the waiting line

The tubing lift naturally spaces tubers out more than 6 feet.

Face coverings will be required during your tubing adventure for the safety of guests and our tube hill staff.

Snow tubers will be assigned a sanitized tube and must use this tube for their tubing session.

Timber Ridge will be sanitizing all tubes between different users.

Employees & Guest Wellness

We ask that if you feel not well or exhibit any symptoms of being sick that you do not come to Timber Ridge.

All employees will be required to complete a self-wellness check before reporting to work.

Parking Lot

We realize that with limited indoor space, many will be visiting or hanging out around their vehicles.

Tailgating will be permitted, so long as you stay with your own group.

Large social gatherings or partying will not be permitted in the Parking Lot.

Timber Ridge’s liquor license only allows for consumption of alcoholic beverages if purchased at Timber Ridge and in designated areas only.

Season Passes & Tickets

Timber Ridge will not restrict the number of tickets or passes available.

We have enough outdoor space, both around the lodge and on-slope available to allow for an exciting winter skiing/riding/tubing experience with no capacity concerns.

Online ticket and gift card sales will be available to minimize contact during your arrival.
