1. Are you open?
Well, if it says so on the website “snow report” we are! or you can always call the snow phone 269- 694-9158.
2. Is it snowing/raining?
Why not check out the doppler weather links on our site? Don’t forget, many times it can be snowing here at the area, even if it not where you are.
3. How much is a lift ticket?
For adults its $40 weekdays, $50 Sat./Sun. Make sure to check out the rates page on this site.
4. How are the roads?
They are usually pretty good, but check with the State police, if you have concerns.
5. How do I get there?
131 North of Kalamazoo, exit 44, D Ave. turn west and follow the signs. You can also check out the Directions page on this site.
6. Do you have Gift Certificates?
Yes, in the office or on the website. You can use them anywhere at Timber Ridge.
7. Can you send me Group Info?
Sure, or you can get it from the site. We accept groups of 15 or more people either for a day or for a season.
8. Is my school skiing tonight?
Please check the calendar or call one of your advisors.
9. Are we racing tonight?
Please check with the racing director, you can call the Timber Ridge for more information.

11. What’s the best way to learn to ski/snowboard?
Why our Ultimate Learn to ski/snowboard program or the Family Learn to Ski/Snowboard programs, or a private lesson. For more information, check out our First Timers Guide.
12. When is the Ski & Snowboard Shop open?
During the season the Timber Ridge Ski Shop is open whenever the area is open.
13. When is the Swap?
The annual Ski Swap is the 1st. full weekend in November
14. When do I get my season pass picture taken and pick up my pass?
You can pick up your pass and have your picture taken at the same time either at the Swap or anytime we are open.
15. How do I contact the Ski Patrol?
You can call them directly or go to the patrol room, or if you are on the Hill, have a lift operator radio the Patrol Room for you. Or, if you see one skiing by, just “flag”em down.
